Turn Your Rocks into Art

The Riverton Rock Club is teaming up with Makerspace 307 to create a lapidary workshop where everyone can have a place to turn their rocks into art. To start off, 'Lapidary Lab' is equipped with:  a 10in and 6in trim saw, 8in and 6in cabbing machine, a buffing wheel, a horizontal flat lap, and a pull out work table.

If you are a club member, you will be able  to use the lapidary equipment for $5/ hour (to cover wear/ electricity). If you are interested in using other equipment at the store, you will need to be a member at Makerspace 307.

If you are interested in donating to the Lapidary Lab effort, please contact Molly Fauth: kaleidoscope.gemstones@gmail.com.
